Frequently Asked Questions

For email sending, I can choose between credits and subscription, how to decide?
Credits offer more flexibility as they come with no commitment and can be used whenever you want within 12 months. Subscription is more economical if you have regular sending volume, but be aware: unused monthly volume doesn't carry over to the next month.
For email sending, can I combine credits and subscription?
Yes, you can absolutely combine both. Credits then complement your subscription if you need to send more emails than your monthly volume.
How long are credits valid?
Credits are valid for 12 months from their purchase date, for all our services. If you purchase new credits before expiration, the validity period of remaining credits is automatically extended by 12 months.
Is there automatic renewal for subscriptions?
No, we don't practice automatic renewal. We want our customers to choose to renew their subscription without ever forcing them.
How does technical support work?
Our support team is available by email and phone Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Remaining credits are preserved.
