1. Introduction

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the sale of digital products offered by:

The products offered are 100% digital:

  • Software
  • Databases
  • Digital files
  • Access to services or platforms

No physical products are sold.

3. Ordering and Acceptance

Completing an order signifies acceptance of these GTCS.
Once the order is finalized and paid, a download link or online access is provided by email.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in euros excluding VAT (EUR).
Payment is due immediately upon ordering, by:

  • Credit card
  • PayPal
  • Bank transfer
  • Check

The product remains the property of OXEMIS until full payment is received.

5. Digital Delivery

Delivery is made electronically:

  • Immediate download after payment
  • Automatic email delivery
  • Access to a secure customer area

No physical shipping is performed.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Digital content supplied on an immaterial medium (files, software, data),
  • When performance has begun with the express consent of the customer.

By confirming the order, the customer expressly waives their right of withdrawal.

7. Warranty, Support & Free products and services

Our products are guaranteed to be functional and conform to their description.

In case of technical issues:

  • Support can be reached by email and phone (according to our office hours).
  • If the product remains non-functional despite intervention, an exchange or credit may be offered.

Products or services offered free of charge by OXEMIS may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice, at our sole discretion, and without any financial compensation being claimed by the client.

8. Liability

OXEMIS cannot be held responsible for:

  • Illegal use of downloaded products
  • Technical incompatibility not declared
  • Data loss resulting from their use

The customer is responsible for:

  • Backing up their own files
  • The legality of the use of databases or software

9. Personal Data

Personal data is used solely for:

  • Order processing
  • Customer relations

In accordance with the GDPR, you may request to view, modify, or delete your data at any time.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These GTCS are governed by French law.
In case of a dispute, an attempt at amicable resolution will be prioritized.
If unsuccessful, the courts of Lille have exclusive jurisdiction.
